Apartment #731 Rules
PLEASE
Remove your shoes.
No Pets.
No Parties or Events.
No outside Visitors.
No overnight Guest.
No late Check-Out Times.
No breaking, removing or destroying our property.
Place your trash outside in garbage can before you leave.
Dirty house laundry put in basket beneath bathroom sink.
Leave the Apartment in the same condition you found it.
Nobody other than the Guests listed on the booking are
allowed on the property.
NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or outside. If you need
to smoke, you need to book someplace else.
By booking my listing you have already agreed that you
have read and agree to all of the house rules and if you
violate the house rules, you will lose your deposit.
If your booking did not include a deposit, at least a $500.00
charge for breaking every rule is due. In case of a lawsuit,
you agree to pay all court costs and attorney fees.
